Tell us the story about your career path!

As WoT Blitz Senior Community Manager, I am passionate about building relationships and fostering a strong connection between Wargaming and the players. My career path has been filled with dynamic growth and dedication. I started out 4 years ago on June 26th – Blitz’s birthday. It seems like a sign of fate and a gift for me and the WoT Blitz!  During my first few months, I spent hours studying the game itself, learning the infrastructure, and very soon, I fell in love with Wargaming, colleagues and tanks.

For me, Blitz is more than a game. This is an endless love for tanks, colleagues, players, and their work. That’s what I devote most of my life to. I’m proud of our progress over the past 4 years: improving gameplay, introducing new content, hosting exciting events, and listening carefully to player feedback.

Name several reasons why you chose to join the gaming industry. What is so attractive about the game industry?

I’m so excited to be part of the gaming industry! Not only is the salary great, but I’m also inspired by having the opportunity to make a difference in how the game is played and experienced. I have always been interested in technology, which makes working in the gaming industry especially exciting. In addition, I totally love hosting live streams as it allows me to engage directly with the players and create a sense of community within the game.

To sum up, the gaming industry is a great way to build a lifetime career by doing what you truly love!

Could you share your perspective on what is so unique about Wargaming? 

We develop some of the most epic online games for global audiences. That’s pretty unique! We also have a fantastic team here at Wargaming that is passionate about what we do. I’m incredibly proud of our commitment to creating unique gaming experiences that stand out from other companies.

What’s so special about the Community Management and your area of responsibility?

Well, I think it’s the people! For me, being a community manager means having thousands of friends worldwide. Every day I get to connect with our players and help create a supportive and positive environment where everyone can have some fun.

I love meeting tankers in real life too. Whether it’s taking photos and playing Blitz on the stage of Tank Museum in Bovington or rooting for our favourite team at our annual Blitz Cup championships online, there’s nothing quite like connecting with our players face-to-face. It’s such an incredible feeling to meet people from different countries who share the same passion for tanks and gaming.

I’m also proud of how Blitz unites us all. We believe everyone should feel comfortable playing together regardless of their background or experience level. That’s why we strive to ensure that every player has access to quality content, events, support services and more – because everyone deserves a great gaming experience!

Could you share your thoughts about the privileges of being in Lithuania? What do you like the most about this country? Tell the fact why everyone should visit Lithuania!

Lithuania is a must-visit country! There’s so much to explore and discover, from its beautiful architecture to its unique culture. I’m also in awe of the Lithuanian people – they are so kind, generous and passionate about life! The food is delicious, and the nightlife is vibrant.

The great thing about Lithuania is that it’s affordable for travellers and has so much to offer! It’s a fantastic place with lots of things to do and see – so don’t miss out on this one-of-a-kind opportunity.

What are your hobbies?

Wakeboarding is definitely at the top of my list—it’s such an amazing feeling when you glide across the water. That was definitely the right choice of a hobby. Not only is it an exciting water sport, but photos with Blitz on my tablet and my board come out so pretty!

By the way, the wake parks in Lithuania are fantastic. 313 Cable Park near Klaipeda has been a personal favourite spot of mine as it has all the right facilities that make wakeboarding such an enjoyable experience – from good instructors to top-of-the-line — highly recommended!

What advice would you give to a new joiner?

My advice for a new joiner would be to trust your instincts and take the initiative to explore professionally. Take any opportunity that comes your way – you never know when it could open up new doors for you!

And my main suggestion – enjoy the experience – after all, it’s all about learning and having fun!
